Dear Terry, Barb, Tom and Connie It has been almost a year since I lost Jim. I think of him everyday and remember the beautiful services that you provided. When I memtioned that Jim was a very proud Marine, that's all you needed to provide us with a service that we will never forget. The releasing of the dove at the cemetary was a complete surprise to me and so appropriate for Jim because he fed the birds and squirrels every day and would sit and watch them. Thanks to Arlen, I was able to get the memorial bench that I wanted. It is so beautiful and I am able to sit on it when I visit the cemetary. Thank you so much and God bless each of you. Marilyn

Having lost my parents, Lester and Marva long ago, I recall how wonderful all of the Hoening's were during our difficult time. They gave us peace in our hearts, and wonderful memories in our celebration of life for our parents. We now remember them with fond memories, and smiles in our hearts.

Thank You so nuch for the wonderful funeral services. I loved my grandma very much and the funeral was absolutely wonderful way to say goodbye. I love the candles that were made! Thanks to Terry and Barbara for your caring, sensitive and thorough services to our family during my father's funeral. The smallest details were attended to so very well and any concerns dealt with smoothly. Everything was done professionally, but with warmth and concern. We were also very touched by seeng the senior Hoenings when they paid their respects, which was such a kind and friendly gesture.

On December 23 I lost my mother. Luckily for me, my dad had pre-paid the funeral of himeslf and my mother back in 1992. Eric was in charge of handiling things at Mann-Hare for me. Being the only child in the family I had lots of things to do. Eric and the staff af Mann-Hare took the ball and ran with it. They sat me down and asked questions and gave advice. They made my job a lot easier. Just wanted to say thnaks for your caring attituite, and making my mothers passage through Life and Heaven a pleasent journey for her.

Hoening Family & Staff, We lost mom on Dec. 11, 2003, and we just lost dad on Apr. 7, 2007, and I must say that the Hoening family and staff were teriffic each time during our loss and after, including today, they all go out of their way to do anything possible they can do for anyone under any circumstance. This is not only a great place to do business with, its a great place to make friends and feel like part of their family. Our family will continue to do business with the Hoening Funeral Home, their work is outstanding. I was pleased to learn recently that the former Mann Funeral Home in Fostoria is now in the capable hands of Terry and Barbara Hoening. I am well aware of the excellent reputation the Hoening family and the Hoening Funeral Home have enjoyed over more than forty yaers in Fostoria. It is comforting to know that the business founded by my grandfather, Asa Mann, and operated for many years by my father, John Mann and uncle, Dick Mann, will continue to serve Fostoria and area residents in the tradition established and maintained by the Mann family.

My Dad Ted L Garner passed away on May 4 2007 and Mann-Hare-Hoening was chosen for the services. While there may have been just a small thing or two that could have been changed, it didn't take away from the overall wonderfull services provided to my family. It has been a little more than 2 months now, and I am still working with the Hoenings, and their professionalism and kindness toward me has never wavered.
