Jonathan Alan Harrison, age 67 of Port Clinton, OH, passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on April, 14, 1951 to Alfred K. and Mary J. (Brackney) Harrison.
Jon worked for CN Railroad as a rail road engineer for 30 years. He enjoyed hunting and trapping, woodworking, and was a "Jack of All Trades."
Jon is survived by his wife of 33 years, Susan (Kramer); sons, Ken (Lori) Harrison, Brock Harrison, and Jacob Harrison; siblings, Shelley (Tom) Yost and Shawn (Angel) Harrison; grandson, Devin Harrison; lifelong friend, Dan Ralston; and close friend Sue Fowler.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. at the David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St. Toledo, OH. A funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Reverend Deborah L. Conklin, cousin to Jon and pastor of Peace Lutheran Church, Bowing Green, OH, will be officiating. A luncheon will follow at Outings Unlimited Boat Club, 5907 Edgewater Dr. Toledo, OH.
